THE BAKING INSTITUTE BAKERY PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLERGEN FREE. OUR PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING COMMON FOOD ALLERGENS: MILK, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY AND WHEAT.

We are a busy Wholesale Bakery and while we abide by all HACCP regulations for allergen labeling at our facilities, all products are baked, decorated, stored and delivered on shared equipment.
