Wholesale Bakery FAQ
How do I open an account?
Complete a credit application and submit a valid Illinois Certificate of Resale (CRT 61). Once received, our sales team will review your information and guide you through onboarding.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The standard minimum is $300 per delivery.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Wheeling, IL, we deliver throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane, and Will counties. Delivery fees may apply depending on route and volume.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries are available seven days a week, with fresh production routes beginning as early as 3:00 AM. Weekend and most major holiday service is available for qualifying accounts.
What is your lead time?
Standard production lead time is 72 hours. Custom programs and specialty items may require additional lead time, which will be confirmed during ordering.
How are products packaged?
Fresh items are packed in labeled bakery boxes for easy identification. Frozen thaw and serve products are shrink wrapped in corrugated cases for efficient storage and handling.
What are your shelf life and storage standards?
Detailed product specifications, including shelf life and storage guidelines, are available upon request for all standard items and programs.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Do you offer net terms?
Net terms are available for approved accounts following completion and review of a credit application.
