How do I book a consultation?
Call 847-272-5900 or submit a tasting request form to schedule your appointment. Once confirmed, you’ll select your flavors online.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling 3–6 months before your event, especially during peak wedding season. Final cake details are confirmed at least 4 weeks before your event.
What’s included in the tasting?
Your tasting includes 3 cake and filling combinations, with portions for up to 4 guests. Additional flavor combinations may be added for an additional fee.
Can I try more flavors?
Yes. Additional flavor combinations can be added to your tasting for an additional fee.
Can I choose different flavors for different tiers?
Yes. You may select up to two cake and filling combinations across your tiers.
What flavors are most popular?
Our team will guide you through flavor selections based on your preferences, seasonality, and guest experience.

Consultation Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice Requested
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
